Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through Joannie's Florals & Events are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when products are unavailable, incorrect information has been provided, a pricing error has occurred or the requested delivery cannot be accommodated.

If an order that has already been paid for is canceled by Joannie's Florals & Events, any appropriate refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Flowers & Product Availability

Flowers, plants, greenery and containers are subject to seasonal and local availability.

Because floral arrangements are created with fresh materials, the exact flowers, colors or containers shown in website photographs may occasionally be unavailable.

When necessary, Joannie may make thoughtful substitutions intended to preserve the overall style, color palette, quality and value of the arrangement as closely as reasonably possible.

Handmade Floral Designs

Each floral arrangement is individually designed. Natural variations in flowers, greenery, color, shape and arrangement style should be expected.

Product photographs are intended to represent the general style and character of an arrangement and may not reflect every detail of the final design.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other disclosed fees may be added to the order total.

Prices and product availability may change from time to time. However, changes will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where correction is required by law or because of an obvious error.

Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms and policies.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient names, delivery addresses, phone numbers and access instructions.

Requested delivery dates and times are subject to availability. Specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless they have been expressly confirmed.

Delivery may be affected by weather, traffic, holidays, incorrect addresses, recipient availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations & Refunds

Flowers are perishable and many arrangements are prepared specifically for each order.

Cancellation requests should therefore be made as early as possible. Orders that have already been prepared, delivered or for which flowers and materials have already been specially purchased may not qualify for a full refund.

Refunds, replacements, credits and other resolutions are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Weddings & Special Events

Weddings, large events and custom floral projects may require separate proposals, deposits, payment schedules, design approvals and cancellation terms.

When a separate written agreement is provided for a wedding or event, the terms of that agreement will apply to that project in addition to these website terms.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal and commercial transactions with Joannie's Florals & Events.

You may not intentionally interfere with the website's operation, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software or misuse the website in a way that could harm the business or other users.
