Local Delivery

Joannie's Florals & Events offers local delivery for eligible floral orders. Delivery availability, timing and fees may vary based on the destination, order size, requested date and current availability.

Order Processing

We recommend placing orders as early as possible, especially for holidays, weekends, weddings and other high-demand dates. All orders are subject to flower and product availability.

Delivery Information

Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, delivery address, phone number and any necessary access or delivery instructions when placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in a delayed or unsuccessful delivery.

Delivery Times

We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders on the requested date. Specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless they have been confirmed directly with Joannie.

Holidays, traffic, weather, high order volume and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

If the Recipient Is Unavailable

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, Joannie may contact the recipient or purchaser to determine the best available delivery option.

Depending on the circumstances, an arrangement may be left in a safe location or another delivery attempt may need to be arranged. Additional delivery charges may apply when another delivery attempt is required.

Flower Availability & Substitutions

Flowers, greenery and containers are subject to seasonal and local availability. Because each arrangement is created using fresh materials, the exact flowers shown in a photograph may not always be available.

When necessary, Joannie may make thoughtful substitutions while preserving the overall style, color palette, quality and value of the arrangement as closely as possible.

Special Events & Weddings

Delivery, setup and timing for weddings and special events may be handled separately from standard floral orders. Event details should be discussed and confirmed directly with Joannie before the event.
