How far in advance should I place an order?
We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for holidays, weekends and special occasions. Availability may vary depending on seasonal flowers and current order volume.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local delivery is available within Joannie's service area. Delivery availability and fees may vary depending on the destination and order.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
Floral availability changes throughout the year. Joannie may make thoughtful substitutions when a specific flower is unavailable while preserving the overall style, color palette and value of the design.
Can I request a custom arrangement?
